Yes, we provide custom stringing for all new rackets. You can select your preferred string type and tension at checkout, and our certified stringers will prepare it before shipping.
What is your return policy for tennis shoes?
We offer a 30-day return policy for shoes, provided they are in unworn, brand-new condition with original packaging. We recommend trying them on indoors on a carpeted surface.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next tournament.
Are the tennis balls sold in bulk or individual cans?
We offer both! You can purchase individual 3-ball or 4-ball cans, or save by ordering cases of 12 or 24 cans for team practice and club use.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance rackets?
All our premium rackets come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Please note that this does not cover string breakage or normal wear and tear from play.
