At TennisGear, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance equipment. If your new racket or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your TennisGear account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that rackets still have plastic handle wraps intact and apparel has all original tags attached.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
